Black Mirror

Wednesday, June 5th on Netflix

This summer, Black Mirror returns with season five with only three episodes to air, and supposedly it might have another “Choose Your Own Adventure” episode. Miley Cyrus, Anthony Mackie, and Yahya Abdul-Matleen II will appear in this critically acclaimed sci-fi thriller. Black mirror is famous for twisting the world in dark ways and how we see the world, technology, and the virtues that we hold true to ourselves. Black mirror hits the screen on June 5th on Netflix.

Luther

Saturday, June 2nd 8/7c on BBC America

Luther is set to air in America with their fifth season installment after a four-year hiatus. John Luther is back and he’s still chasing a serial killer while trying to stay alive from a murderous gangster who’s set out to kill him. Luther is a hopeless romantic who never quite finds love but toys with the idea -especially with his murderous and crazy lover named, Alice, who drowned last season. She’s back, but how! Other old characters like Mark, played by Paul McGann, return to the screen as the four-part series comes to a close. There’s been a rumor of a movie circulating and we hope to see it hit the big screen in the future. So stay tuned!

Fear the Walking Dead

Sunday, June 2nd on AMC

The Walking Dead spinoff is back with season five! Fear the Walking dead return to AMC after killing off two of its main characters Nick and Madison. It returns with new characters Morgan Jones from the Walking Dead and Garret Dillahunt, Maggie Grace, and Jenna Elfman who are some high profile additions to the cast. Season 5 starts off in unfamiliar territory as Morgan and Alicia meet a survivor, learn of a new zombie threat, and one of their own goes missing. Meanwhile, Strand makes contact with the dead somewhere entirely different from where the pack is. Catch the show on AMC, Hulu, Vudu, and Amazon Prime Video.

I gotta catch some killer waves and tune out. I hope you tune out too to these premiere picks. Make sure to stream these gnarly shows on a G-Box Q3 Plus where all your streaming sources live. Be on the lookout for a Dude’s Guide to Fall TV where things are going to get riggity riggity wrecked with Rick and Morty.
