NVIDIA GeForce Experience (Shield) games coming to HyperSteam for the G-Box Q Android TV Box
By admin In Announcements, Set-Top BoxesMatricom has been working hard on HyperStream Technology™ and as an update they’ll be releasing an alpha version of HyperStream Gaming, targeting NVIDIA GeForce 600+ PC owners that are compatible with NVIDIA Experience, for streaming games over a local area network to the G-Box Q within the next couple of weeks. The NVIDIA Experience streaming drivers were initially designed for NVIDIA Sheild devices, however with some extensive development, Matricom has been able to replicate the experience on the G-Box Q, the company’s flagship Android TV Box.
HyperStream Gaming’s NVIDIA GeForce Experience compatible alpha release is the first of many protocols that are currently being developed and integrated into Matricom’s HyperStream Technology™ and is the first technology to be rolled out in an alpha release to gain feedback from the G-Box community through community testing and to improve the HyperStream compatibility of the G-Box Q for NVIDIA gaming. With this technology, anybody that has a GeForce Experience compatible PC (NVIDIA GeForce 600+ series video card) will be able to stream to any G-Box Q on their LAN without the need for an NVIDIA shield device. This means high performance NVIDIA game streaming will be available to every G-Box Q owner through Steam and other robust streaming technologies.
This is just the first of many protocols that HyperStream Technology™ will employ in an effort to be the most capable and robust streaming platform available on any Android device in the world. Stay tuned for more updates as Matricom releases their public alpha of HyperStream Technology for gaming. Matricom is proud to bring new technlogies and awesome new capaibilities to the G-Box Q Android TV Box.
